This Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time, defines the conditions in which KHIRUS MEDICAL TRAINING collects and processes personally identifiable information in relation to the users of the KHIUS website, available at http://www.khirus.com

Responsibility for the processing of personal data KHIRUS is operated from its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain and KHIRUS administration team is responsible for the processing of your personal data in relation to your use of the LMS (“Your Personal Data”). Collection of Your Personal Data In relation to your use of the learning platform, KHIRUS may collect and process Your Personal Data in the following instances:

a) Registration and creation of a user account
The use of the learning platform requires that you first register and provide us with certain information about yourself (such as name, email address, town, country, login information, password or other information as requested in the sign-up process).

In such case, KHIRUS will take measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

KHIRUS is not directed to persons under 18 and KHIRUS will not knowingly collect and process personal information about persons under that age.
